By accessing or using Uptoma (“the Service”), operated by Uptoma Inc. (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Uptoma is a social media auto-posting platform. You connect your social media accounts, create content (text, images, or video), and our posting agent “Toma” publishes that content to your selected platforms on your behalf. We also provide video format conversion, scheduling, and API access depending on your plan.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to Uptoma. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, convert, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of publishing it to your connected social media accounts. We do not claim ownership of your content.
When you connect social media accounts, you authorize Uptoma to post content on your behalf using OAuth tokens provided by each platform. You may disconnect any account at any time. We store access tokens securely and use them only for posting activities you initiate.
You agree not to use Uptoma to:
Uptoma offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
New users receive a 30-day free trial with limited features. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, posting stops unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
Uptoma converts uploaded videos to meet each platform's specifications. We process videos on our infrastructure and delete processed files within 30 days of posting. Original uploads are retained for the duration of your subscription.
Autopilot plan subscribers receive REST API access. API keys are confidential — do not share them. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse. Rate limits apply per your plan tier.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Third-party platform outages, API changes, or maintenance may temporarily affect posting. We are not liable for posts that fail due to platform-side issues.
Uptoma is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed posts, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or data loss.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
